Job Description
$55,000 - $60,000 Annually
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Management Specialist provides support to the Branch President and Chief Business Development Officer. They perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, calendar events, marketing initiatives and organizing reports, as well as other administrative office tasks as needed. The Project Management Specialist should have excellent communication, organizational, planning and prioritization skills, be self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
Job Description
• Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, preparing and editing communications
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
• Assists with association budget processing
• Assists with credit card reconciliations
• Organizes events and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
• Assists with reservations of conference room, virtual meetings, flights, rental cars and hotels
• Assists with purchases for the office
• Assists with marketing initiatives as needed
• Special projects as assigned
Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence at an expert level (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Project management at a proficient level
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills
• Problem-solving and decision making skills
Requirements
Education and Experience
• High School diploma or GED Required
• Associates Degree Preferred
• 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
